Office Manager

$15/hr. 20 hrs a week

  • Weekly tasks:
  • o   Make/update bulletin in Word/Publisher, print, fold, and set out for Sunday. Get songs from worship team
  • o   Make announcement slides in Keynote then add them to ProPresenter
  • o   Enter church attendance/other reports into Excel
  • o   Update bulletin boards
  • o   Water plants
  • o   Make sure garbage is on other side of fence on Mondays/Thursdays


  • Monthly tasks:
  •          Make/update previous year’s newsletter in Publisher with current articles/information. Print, fold, add mail address and shipping labels, ship it at the post office.
  •          Send monthly meeting reminders


  • Yearly tasks:
  • Get reports from heads of committees for Annual Report
  •          Make annual report
  •          Yearly renewals      


  • As needed:
  • o   Answer phones, respond to emails
  • o   Check mail, usually comes around 11:30
  • o   Clean office/workroom
  • o   Manage/update and post on church Facebook page/website
  • o   Update church LED sign
  • o   Update ads in Minot Daily/Northern Sentry
  • o   Order/buy office/janitorial supplies
  • o   Send out Phone Tree reminders/prayer requests
  • o   Coordinate with heads of committees when needed
  • o   Get funeral/wedding info to the right people
